No two clients arrive in the same body, with the same history, with the same goal. So no two programs look the same.
How we work together
We start with where you are — a real conversation about your history, the work you've already done, what's already feeling good, what's holding back, and what you want this to lead to. From there I build a program that meets you at exactly that point and moves forward from it.
Sessions can run at my training space, your home or building gym, or outdoors when the weather's right. Most clients land on a once- or twice-weekly rhythm; some come in for intensive blocks before a season, a season change, or an event. Whatever the cadence, the program adapts as you do — week to week, session to session.
